Aura Solutions Co. was built in Miami to work the other way round. Ethan Caldwell founded the practice after years spent on the implementation side of strategy work, where the gap between recommendation and reality is impossible to ignore. That experience made us stubborn about one thing: every recommendation we make has to survive contact with your actual constraints.
